Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at dineshchhimpa039@gmail.com for exchange requests.
